Welcome to the Rockwell Automation Catering Guide. We have contracted with AVI Foodsystems to provide services for all of your catering needs. AVI offers a full range of catering expertise and resources, from simple coffee service to gourmet dinners for large groups. Our catering staff will work closely with you to provide quality service, ensuring every event is a success.
The AVI Catertrax Catering Guide will acquaint you with our most popular selections. We also welcome the opportunity to personalize our services for your event. Please let us know if you would like one of our Chefs to create a special menu for your event or if you have unique requirements we need to accommodate. Please be sure the request is complete including contact information, times, number of people, location and billing information. We must have this information to process your request.
We prefer having requests submitted 7 – 14 days prior to your event. This allows adequate time for planning and securing the necessary products. We will accommodate all requests made within 24 hours, selection may be limited if we do not have adequate notice.
Events will be prepared for the number of guests indicated on the catering request. You have until 48 hours prior to the event to adjust the number of guests.
Please make sure equipment is not removed from the event.
We do not recommend removing food from an event for food safety concerns. If you choose to remove food and need carry out containers, please request this in advance.
Prices quoted include setup, disposable service ware and cleanup. Our standard hours of service are 6:45am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Service is available outside the standard hours but, may be subject to additional charges.
Table Linens and China Service are available for an additional cost. AVI can make any necessary arrangements for your event. These supplies will be added to your invoice at the supplier`s cost.
